Your fp777 account is personal to you and cannot be sold, transferred, assigned, or shared with any third party. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account, including unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure login credentials. fp777 shall not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access due to user negligence.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fp777 account password and login credentials. fp777 employs industry-standard encryption and security measures, but cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access resulting from user negligence, phishing attacks, or compromised devices.

You must immediately notify fp777 Customer Support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, forgotten password, or any security breach. fp777 will investigate such reports and may temporarily suspend account access pending resolution. You remain liable for all transactions completed prior to notification of suspected unauthorized access.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

fp777 is required by PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) laws to verify the identity of all account holders. You may be required to submit documentation including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership.

Withdrawal requests may be delayed or denied until KYC verification is successfully completed. fp777 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to comply with regulatory obligations. Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

You represent that you own or have rights to any content submitted and that such content does not infringe third-party rights.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
